Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is set aside especially for you. I require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments not cancelled properly will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, using the credit card on file. Cancellations under 24 hours or failure to show to your appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the appointment cost, (Minimum of a $40.00 fee). Excessive cancellations even before the 48 hour window will require a deposit to book and possible restriction from booking further appointments. Out of Fairness to all guests, I do not offer any exclusions on the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding!
